EGR Cooler
Delete Kit – This kit allows
removes the EGR Cooler from the truck.
Coolant flow is directed through
the included pipe to maintain proper
flow. Exhaust gas is kept where it
should be, driving the turbo. A
20-30 degree drop in coolant temperature
was common on our test trucks. For
off-road/competition use only.

Oil Cooler Upgrade Kit – This
kit eliminates the stock oil cooler that
rests in the valley of the motor. The
stock cooler uses coolant to cool the
engine oil and when the oil cooler
springs a leak or plugs up it leads to
very costly repair. In the stock
setup, as coolant temp rose due to heavy
use, so does oil temp. Since they
depend on each other, it oftentimes lead
to a 'runaway' temperature situation
when under extreme use. Our kit
redirects oil flow to an external
air-cooled cooler that can be mounted
along the inner frame rail or front
cooling stack. The kit includes a
thermostat and computer controlled fan
to keep your oil temperature in check.
A 20-40 degree drop in oil
temperature was common on our test

Auxiliary Super Cool Water Pump
– If you have a water temp gauge on
your truck other than the notoriously
inaccurate dash gauge, you have seen how
hot your coolant temperature can get
when in stop and go driving. The
factory water pump is driven off your
serpentine belt. This means that
as RPM's drop, so too does your coolant
flow. This kit is an additional
water pump to take up the slack of low
coolant flow at low RPM's. When
RPM's get back up to speed and coolant
flow is sufficient, this pump bypasses.
